A message from Royal Roads University President Philip Steenkamp: Today I was so inspired to join our Royal Roads University community at Convocation in congratulating 815 graduates from 33 countries around the world.
I never fail to find it both bittersweet and humbling. I’m humbled by the astonishing amount of work grads put into this moment. And it's bittersweet, because we’re saying a goodbye — for now.
As the November sun shone on grads and their special moment, it was my great honour to shake their hands and meet their families who’s faces beamed, too.
They too know the late nights, intense conversations, debates, and triumphs that culminated in this day.
I share this immense pride in their accomplishments.
So, to all Royal Roads Fall 2022 grads, congratulations! I can’t wait to see what’s next for you!
