Pesto Sauce Ingredients:
2 packets of fresh basil leaves (1-2 cups)
3 cloves of garlic
3 tbsp pine nuts
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup garlic oil or plain extra virgin olive oil

*Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and set aside.

Tuna Pesto Pasta

Ingredients:
1 pack Tagliatelle Pasta
(you can also use linguine, fettuccini and spaghetti noodles)
1 whole garlic minced
(3) 180g or (1) 420 grams century tuna flakes in oil drained
2 tbsp garlic oil or plain extra virgin olive oil
shredded parmesan cheese for topping
salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
Boil pasta noodles according to instruction and set aside
In a pan on medium high heat add 2 tbsp of garlic or extra virgin olive oil
Add minced garlic stir frequently until fragrant
Then add tuna stir for about 3-5 mins, then add pesto sauce, mix well
Then add your pasta noodles
Slowly stir to evenly coat your pasta noodles with the sauce
Don't be afraid to add salt and pepper if it taste bland to you
Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese then served.
