These exercises are super awesome 💪💪 because they support our every day movements. During our day we often need to do things like pick up kids / grandkids, vacuum, unload groceries + fun things 😊 like water skiing, hiking, pickleball....
If you want to enjoy life to the fullest than these exercise are for you. A chair, weights and band are used but you can also do it without them!
