This tutorial series goes through the various steps in building a Real estate financial/ feasibility model. A sample land parcel has been chosen along the Adriatic coast in Europe and a mixed-use area program has been developed. A feasibility model is prepared which shows how project assumptions flow into generating investor and project cashflows, resulting in project returns. The video also covers market research and how it should be used in developing the model. Feasibility models are generally used by real estate investors, developers and other parties interested in understanding if investing in particular real estate opportunities in viable and to assess various investment opportunities. This series will be helpful to anyone trying to learn how to build real estate feasibility models in excel and present their findings to investment committees
