In this video we demonstrate two different methods for preparing and smoking a holiday turkey on your grill. We set up two PK grills, one with hardwood lump charcoal and one with briquettes. We brined two birds, one in a wet brine and one with a dry brine. We smoked those turkeys until they were delicious.
