Using a network of vulnerable individuals, he obtained genuine passports from the UK government, offering criminals, like Christy Kinahan and Christopher Hughes, new identities. With over 100 passports supplied, his lucrative business caught the attention of law enforcement agencies, leading to a complex investigation by the National Crime Agency. Eventually, Beard and his accomplices were arrested and convicted, facing lengthy prison sentences for their crimes.
