Unless you do a chemical analysis of the products, it is very hard to say that it is the oxygen in air that gets used up during combustion. But if we are to believe that oxygen is indeed needed for combustion, then this experiment, using an incense stick and a bottle, very simply demonstrates that air does contain oxygen.
