A quick follow-up to my last video where people were saying ECC memory doesn't work with x58 xeons. I have personally built several systems on Asus motherboards using ECC unbuffered memory so do your research on your motherboard and make sure you find an example of someone using it. I would stick to mainstream more expensive looking motherboards and stay away from registered ECC and you should be fine!
