Time for more Cyprus Wine Tasting! Continuing with our Cypriot wines series, today we have "Sun Wine" by Lagria Winery, Paphos Cyprus. Sun Wine is a delightful dessert wine made of Cyprus wine grape Mavro. It is made of sun-dried grapes and it captures all of the warmth of the Cyprus sun in every glass. It needs the perfect dessert recipe, ideally a marscapone cheese recipe. Here I use it in the perfect dessert to make at home, a fabulous recipe: medjool dates stuffed with lemon-scented, wine-spiked Mascarpone cheese and dusted with chopped almonds! Yum!
