In this video it is phase 1 of fixing a grading issue in a lawn where the soil was built up against the house which caused flooding to the property. In Bryan Texas and College Station Texas we have had to come in numerous neighborhoods and repair grading issues like this. Some future installation at this house will include a french drain down the middle of this new grade, along with tieing in the gutters to the system and taking the water to the street. A small retaining wall will be installed at the back of the house to help divert water and hold the soil back where we have built it up to divert the water around the corner of the house. Grass will be installed over the newly sloped areas and river rock will be installed along the back foundation. Stay tuned for the final outcome soon!
