This classic car brochure review is for the (revised) Sunbeam Rapier Series 1 of October 1956-onwards - the model made its debut the year before, 1955, pre-dating the related Hillman Minx, Singer Gazelle, Commer Cob van and Hillman Husky estate car. The two-door Rapier was the sporting member of the range, and saw success over the years in various rallies (including the Monte Carlo) and also on circuits. This UK-market Sunbeam Rapier brochure is in full colour and folds out into a very attractive poster.
It'd be interesting to hear from Rapier & Rootes Group owners about their cars, in the comments section below the video. I've always liked the look of the two-door Rapiers, and I imagine that they go quite well.
Please also see the other videos about classic cars now on this channel (see the list here: [ Ссылка ]) and, if you've not been there yet, take a look at the main Old Classic Car website which features thousands of pages relating to motoring in days gone by [ Ссылка ]
Thanks for watching.
