TERAZ POLIŻ BAND to performatywny eksperyment muzyczny realizowany przez członkinie Grupy Artystycznej TERAZ POLIŻ. Po swoim pierwszym występie w czerwcu 2012 roku zostały okrzyknięte najważniejszym polskim zespołem po 1989 roku.

TERAZ POLIŻ powstało jako niezależna grupa kobiet związanych z teatrem, które od początku swojej działalności kładą nacisk na teatralną twórczość związaną z kobietami i kobiecością. Wielokrotnie powracają do tematyki wykluczenia i przemocy, regularnie angażują się w działania dla dzieci i młodzieży. Produkują i prezentują spektakle teatralne, happeningi, performanse, otwarte czytania performatywne, koncerty, organizują warsztaty teatralne i dyskusje.
TERAZ POLIŻ została utworzona w 2008 roku w Warszawie przez aktorki: Martę Jalowską, Dorotę Glac, Adriannę Kornecką, Dominikę Strojek, Kamilę Worobiej oraz reżyserki: Ulę Kijak i Martę Ogrodzińską. Grupa wielokrotnie współpracowała z takimi organizacjami jak: Międzynarodowa Organizacja na Rzecz Praw Człowieka Amnesty International, Fundacja ITAKA, Centrum Praw Kobiet czy Fundacja Trans-Fuzja, Wydawnictwo MUZA SA.

They took drugs, made cash on the side by selling Western jeans, and dreamed of heterosexual love as well as lesbian sex."
TERAZ POLIŻ BAND is a performative musical experiment that is implemented by the members of the Artistic Group TERAZ POLIŻ. After their first appearance in June of 2012, they were hailed as the most important Polish band since 1989.

TERAZ POLIŻ was established as an independent group of women involved in theatre, which from the beginning of their activities, have been emphasizing theatrical work associated with women and femininity. They repeatedly return to the topic of exclusion and violence, as well as regularly engage in activities for children and youth. The group produces and presents theatrical shows, happenings, performances, open performative readings, concerts, and organize theater workshops as well as discussions.
TERAZ POLIŻ was formed in 2008 in Warsaw by actresses: Marta Jalowska, Dorota Glac, Adrianna Kornecka, Dominika Strojek, Kamila Worobiej as well as directors: Ula Kijak and Marta Ogrodzińska. The Group has collaborated with such organizations as: The International Human Rights Organization Amnesty International, ITAKA Foundation, Centre for Women's Rights or the Trans-Fusion Foundation, and the Publisher MUZA SA.
