In this video Julian compares the Harley Benton DNAfx GiT Multieffect-pedal against the Line 6 Helix Native VST. This test includes a clean, crunch and high-gain comparison. All played on a 2019 Fender New Player Telecaster.

Notes to this video: It may seem, that there is less input on the DNAfx GiT in the high-gain section. This is due to the fixed Impedance of the Input of the pedal.

Everything was recorded with a splitter, so the signal send to both units are equal in volume and dynamic range.

Settings which were used inside the demo:

Harley Benton DNAfx GiT:
High-gain: 808 OD with 5 Gain, 100 Level and 76 Tone
Ev5050 DS on stock setting

Crunch: same as above but with the Ev5050 DS gain on 10

Clean: 65US DX on stock settings with the "Tape" Delay and "Room" Reverb both on stock settings except tap-tempo´d with the song.

Line 6 Helix Native:
High-Gain: TS808 with 1.5 Gain, 7.6 Tone and 10 Level, Solo Lead OD with stock settings.

There was no low or high-pass eq added in post. Just a limiter for volume. These are the sounds as they were inside the units.

The song used in this video is called "Sleepless" and will be part of our upcoming album.

Often times the Harley Benton DNAfx GiT is also referred as a Mooer GE-150 clone in a different casing. Looking at both the manual aswell as the sound possibilities there are alot of similaritys between the two units.
