Serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints means being a representative of Jesus Christ at all times. Every year, thousands of missionaries from all over the world leave their families to go out and serve the Lord by teaching all nations about the restored Gospel of Jesus Christ. Aside from being a gospel teacher, they do humanitarian services and they work with different people to fulfill their purpose. Their pupose is to invite others to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end.
All missionaries undergo a 3-week to one-month training at the missionary training center before going to their assigned mission areas. Elder Agustin reported at the Philippines Missionary Training Center last July 29, 2022. He is called to serve in the Philippines Quezon City Mission!
