The Cliffs to Straight Shot is a ski run of varying difficulties located at Sugarbush Resort. The trails run from the top of the Green Mountain Express Quad near the Glen House Lodge, down to the Mount Ellen base area. The trails run underneath the entirety of the Green Mountain Express Quad. The Cliffs, an advanced trail, runs underneath the top half of the chairlift and features multiple steep drops. After passing by the bottom of the North Ridge Express Quad and the Slide Brook Express Quad, the run turns into Straight Shot, a beginner trail, which is very mellow and runs underneath the chairlift until it reaches the base area.

The ski area is located just a few minutes south of the nearby town of Waitsfield, about 40 minutes southwest of the state capital, Montpelier, and about an hour southeast of the state's largest city, Burlington. The resort is comprised of two semi-sperate ski areas, Lincoln Peak and Mount Ellen. The two are connected by one of the longest chairlifts in the world, the Slide Brook Express Quad, on which the ride between the two areas is just under 15 minutes. Lincoln Peak is the more popular and built-up side of the resort and is home to a wide variety of intermediate and advanced terrain off the Super Bravo and Heaven's Gate lift, lots of family-oriented terrain off the Gate House Express Quad, and the famous experts only natural terrain area of the resort, Castlerock Peak. On the other side, Mount Ellen has a more local feel and terrain of all kinds and for all ability levels off most of its chairlifts. The resort is owned by Alterra and is therefore on the Ikon Pass with pass holders receiving unlimited visits to the resort.
