Focus is Triceps
Zumba Toning is the same great dance fitness workout, but adding in some lightweight resistance training. Always be making conscious muscle contractions! If using dumbbells DO NOT SHAKE THEM, it is a controlled movement. Also, no jumping with weights, safety first!
Equipment: Zumba Toning sticks or 1lb, 2, 3lb MAX per hand.
