Apple Peda:
Ingredients:
Milk Powder- 1 Cup
Sugar- ¾ Cup
Water- ½ Cup
Red Food Colour- A Pinch mixed with water
Ghee- 1 tsp
Method:
1. Heat a Pan and add Sugar, Water
2. Allow it to boil and wait for string consistency
3. Now add Milk Powder gradually to the sugar syrup, Mix well without any lumps are formed.
4. Add Saffron mixed with milk.
5. Add Ghee, Mix well until its cooked well and leaves off the pan.
[Do not cook too much as it will turn hard]
6. Transfer it to a bowl to cool down for sometime.
7. Apply Ghee on both the hands and make small balls out of it.
8. Now make Apple Shape.Repeat the process with the remaining dough.
9. Insert a Clove in the middle. Paint the Peda with red food colour.
“Apple Peda” is ready now.
Almond Pista Burfi:
Sugar- ¼ Cup(Chopped)
Cardamom Powder- ¼ tsp
Pista- ½ Cup
Almond- ½ Cup vvvvvvvvv xxxxxxg
Method:
1. Grind Pista in Pulse mode.
2. Grind Almond in Pulse mode.
3. In a Mixing Bowl, add Almond Powder , Pista Powder, Powdered Sugar, Cardamom Powder, Green Food Colour mixed with Milk and Mix well.
4. Dough is ready to roll, Apply Ghee to the Butter Paper and roll it.
5. Cut it to desired shapes
“Almond Pista Burfi” is ready to serve!
Chocalate Diya:
Ingredients:
Milk Powder- 1 Cup
Cocoa Powder- 2 tsp
Powdered Sugar- ¼ Cup
Milk – ½ Cup
Ghee- 2 tsp
Method:
1. Heat a Pan and add Milk Powder, Dry roast for 4-5 Minutes in low flame.
2. Add Powdered Sugar, Milk, Cocoa Powder, Mix well without any lumps are formed.
3. Add Ghee at the middle, Cook till the mixture leaves the Pan.
4. Transfer it to a bowl and allow it to cool down for sometime.
5. Apply Ghee on both the hands and make small balls out of it.
6. Gently press in the middle and shape as Diya
7. Place Chopped Badham.
“Chocalate Diya” is ready to serve.
