Testing out the Federal Punch ammunition in .22 Long Rifle, and comparing it to .38 Special. The reason to compare such rounds is that both a small .38/.357 pocket (snub nose) revolver can fill the same role as a .22 LR pocket pistol. The Federal Punch .22 LR is a 29 gr flat nose bullet with an advertised velocity of 1,080 FPS from a 2" barrel (previously listed as 1,070 FPS), and I am testing through my 2.4" Beretta Bobcat 21A. The .38 Special is a 158 gr LSWC bullet that is my own hand load (4.5 gr Universal) and I am testing that through my 2" Taurus 605. Testing by shooting into 10% Clear Ballistics and also doing a 25 yard accuracy drill. Always appreciative of any channel help :) [ Ссылка ]
