We will always stand by the fact that abs are revealed in the kitchen, and shredded abs are a product of a clean and healthy diet. However, this 15 min ab workout will get you on your way to building perfect abs. Do this ab workout in the morning or before bed, or add it to the beginning or end of your workout.
