Banh trang nuong, also know as “Vietnamese pizza” ~

This is a very simple recipe using rice paper and it takes no more than 10 minutes to make! I sometimes go through phases of eating this everyday for breakfast until I get sick of it 😅

This recipe is by no means “traditional” or “authentic”, but it is inspired by the food you can get on the streets in Vietnam! The ingredients are completely interchangeable, but here’s what I like to put in it:

rice paper
chili oil
egg
mini sausages
cheddar cheese
kewpie mayo
sriracha
scallions

This dish doesn’t need detailed instructions because it’s just so easy. After adding the chili oil, just make sure to slightly cook the egg before adding the rest of the toppings. Oh also.. the extra mayo & sriracha on top aren’t really needed. I just thought it looked nicer for the video 😅
