Mahigit 80 porsyento na ang natatapos sa main depot ng North-South Commuter Railway Project sa Mabalacat, Pampanga.
Inaasahan na ang partial operations ng Clark-Valenzuela line nito sa taong 2027.
Kapag natapos ang proyekto, plano naman ng pamahalaan na pagdugtungin ang mga istasyon ng mga dati nang linya ng tren at ng Metro Manila Subway Project para sa mas maginhawang pagbiyahe.
