The Frutilla Blanca (or White Strawberry) originated in south/south-central Chile. This unique and very sweet berry with a hint of white peach is an ancestor of the familiar red strawberry, and is passionately tended today by a small group of farmers in Chile. Join Baker Creek's Richard Bernard and Ligia Parisi for an expedition into the history and cultural importance of Frutilla Blanca.
