Vargo Titanium Shepherds Hook Stake: [ Ссылка ]
The Zpacks Red Tough & Carbon fiber stakes are my go-to stakes for backpacking to use with a tent or tarp. They work very well for the firm ground I find in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. I like to use a combination of the two stakes - the shepherd’s hooks are easier to place in the ground but don’t have as much holding power as the carbon ones, so I use the hooks for the additional secondary lines and the carbon stakes for the 4 corners and ridge lines.
The 6.5” Red Tough Titanium Stakes weigh 8g each and I’ve found are good for soft ground or harder ground with minimal rocks. They are thin enough to pierce the ground yet strong enough to handle the pressure of insertion. These are not for hammering in as you will likely damage the stake.
The 6.4” Carbon Fiber Stakes weigh 6.2g and have great holding power for soft terrain. These stakes incorporate a carbon fiber shaft with a metal tip and end cap. The thick diameter grips the ground and they have a good holding power-to-weight ratio. Foot pressure should be enough to slowly drive these stakes in. If I feel any resistance, from a submerged rock or similar, I try another spot close by. Hammering these stakes is also not recommended.
