Ingredients
-Maple Sausage.
-Jalapeno diced.
-1/2 cup of red onion diced.
-velveeta cheese.
-Smoked gouda.
-Pepper jack cheese.
-Cheddar and jack cheese.
-Cilantro.
Prep:
-Saute onions, jalapeno and sausage until cooked through.
-Combine all ingredients in a cast iron pan.
-Smoke at 300f for 45 min. Mixed a couple times throughout cook.
-Enjoy!
