Slow coffee is a cup of filter coffee brewed by the drip method. To brew slow coffee, a different set of equipment is needed than for regular filter coffee. It requires a water kettle with gooseneck, a dripper and specific filter paper and a glass decanter. In this video, we show you how to brew slow coffee with the Bravilor Bonamat gooseneck kettle.
Before you start the brewing process, make sure you pour warm water over the coffee filter. Then, fill the filter with your favorite ground coffee blend and equally pour the water from the gooseneck kettle over the coffee. Let the coffee bloom, wait for the water to drip in the decanter and pour again. For an ideal coffee extraction, make sure the process takes 2 to 3 minutes.
