Panasonic GH5 Mark II 4K 60fps 10 bit. ISO was around 800. Shutter was 60 and Aperture went from around f4 to f4.5. I wish their was a bit more lighting.
This is the Phoenix Sanda Nationals from December 19. I decided to put it all in the same video. Boys and girls to Adult age competing.
Here's some extra Sanda Nationals video footage that didn't make it into this video:

From Wikipedia:
Sanda (Chinese: 散打; pinyin: Sǎndǎ), formerly Sanshou (Chinese: 散手; pinyin: Sǎnshǒu), also known as Chinese boxing or Chinese kickboxing, is the official Chinese full contact combat sport. Sanda is a fighting system which was originally developed by the Chinese military based upon the study and practices of traditional kung fu 功夫 and modern combat fighting techniques; it combines full-contact kickboxing, which includes close range and rapid successive punches and kicks, with wrestling, takedowns, throws, sweeps, kick catches, and in some competitions, even elbow and knee strikes.
Sanda, the free combat, is often taught alongside Wushu Taolu (forms) training.[citation needed] However, as part of the development of sport wushu by the Chinese government, a standard curriculum for Sanda was developed. It is to this standard curriculum that the term Wushu Sanda is usually applied. Sanda may also involve techniques from any other fighting style depending on the teacher's mode of instruction.
I have 1 last video of the Phoenix Wushu Nationals event to upload which is the rest of the martial arts performances so feel free to subscribe to be notified of when it's up.
