Here's a full day of eating while lean bulking. In the morning I had a singular egg and some vanilla greek yoghurt with cinnamon to get that muscle protein synthesis started. I unfortunately ran out of veggies so for lunch I made this amazing honey siracha chicken. And then for my preworkout meal I caught two rice cakes that I found in the wild and had that for some fast digesting carbs. And after my workout I had this tasty thai basil beef, I made it extra spicy because mama didn't raise no bitch and at the end of the day I finished it off with a scoop of proten while editting these videos before bed.
