Smoke from Canadian wildfires is impacting millions of people in portions of the country once again – including right here in Northeast Ohio with “very unhealthy” conditions reported.
That’s why an Air Quality Alert has been issued in a handful of counties throughout Northeast Ohio through the entire day Wednesday. Here are the following counties under the alert:
Ashtabula
Cuyahoga
Geauga
Lake
Lorain
Medina
Portage
Summit

Those classified as “sensitive groups” include children, the elderly and people with breathing difficulties.
