Honey Lime Sriracha Chicken Recipe is an easy and fast recipe that can be made for a weeknight dinner. I grilled off some Chicken Legs seasoning them up with GQue BBQ the rub then getting them on the PK Grill and cooking to an internal temperature of 145. Then I seared them off on the hot side getting those good Grill marks that add a lot of flavor. This is the BEST way to Grill Chicken on a PK Grill and how I grill Chicken.

Honey Lime Sriracha Sauce Recipe:
4oz butter (melt first)
4oz Sriracha Sauce
6oz Franks Red Hot
2oz Lime Juice
2oz White Vinegar
10oz Honey

I like to dunk the Grilled chicken into the sauce then return tot he cooler side of the grill for about 10 minutes to let the sauce set up and cook into the chicken and give it a layer of flavor. I also like to add 1 part of BBQ sauce (GQue BBQ Sauce to 1 part Honey Lime Sriracha Sauce)
