📒 Learning to brew great specialty coffee by hand is one of the most rewarding skills I've learned this quarantine. There's a HUGE difference between putting "a few scoops" of pre-ground (and finely ground) coffee into a French press for "a few minutes", versus grinding a precise amount of coffee beans yourself and pouring hot water onto a V60, gram by gram. ☕
I don't mean to be a snob. 😅 But whether you're cooking or baking or brewing, being intentional and purposeful with the ingredients and process will always produce a better (and not bitter!) result overall. 🎂
So let's be purposeful with our lives—our morning habits, our words towards loved ones, the content we consume, our online shopping (!), how we spend our evenings, and the motives behind our daily living. 🙏
