Cuttings are a great way to propagate plants but also enable us to protect our stock of the more tender perennials through the harshest winters.

Today, I am propagating Lavender, Rosemary, Penstemons, Veronicastrum, Clematis, Pittosporum and Brachyglotis. I show you how to collect your cuttings and how to prepare them for rooting and then how to care for your cuttings for the first 4 – 6 weeks.
