Your first look at the very early stages of the 3rd RWA camp!
This warm up drill consists of an Irish Whip footwork sequence, immediately followed by a drop down/leapfrog sequence, finished with up and overs. Each student goes 5 times each in succession.
There are varying degrees of experience - some have never stepped foot in a pro wrestling ring before this.
