In this video, I installed Plastic Lug Adapters to 22mm for GShock ( DW5600 GA110 etc ) to change to MN Strap, Nato, etc. Found a problem with the springbar fitting, and solved it by using smaller diameter spring bars (it gives the fitting a little more allowance). I haven't tried the similarly shaped stainless adapter, but they should have the same installation method.
