Chicken Pasanday (Ramazan Special)
Ingredients
Chicken leg and tigh boneless pieces (half kg)
2 tbsp papaya paste or meat tenderizer (1 tbsp)
3 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp heap poppy seeds and roasted and crushed chick peas
1 tbsp vinegar
Half cup cooking oil
2 tbsp butter
Half tsp whole cumin seeds
1 tsp heap roasted and crushed coriander and cumin seeds
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
Half tap crushed black pepper
Quarter tap turmeric powder
1 tbsp heap crushed ginger and garlic
1 tbsp fried onion
For Garnish
Chopped green chillies and fresh coriander
Recipe of Chicken Pasanday
First hammer the chicken fillets then mariante with papaya, all fry spices, fried onion, yogurt, ginger, garlic, poppy seeds, roasted chick peas. Then leave it for 1 hour. Then in a pan add butter then add marianted chicken. Cook chicken from each side for 5-8 minutes then turn. Cook until brown. Serve with imli chutni and salad.
