This video is a kind of plot hole of sorts. In season 2 Tiffany is rescued by Scylla who not only confesses to being a witch, she's a Spree agent, killed thousends and enjoyed it. She then steals the identity of the camarilla henchman using her lighter (which does look painful btw) and they leave.
I overlapped what Scylla said to Tiffany in a coversation they had in S3 E1.
This puts the scene in a totally different context.
