Here's a short video showing my setup for teaching my virtual Insight Timer classes. It's nothing fancy but, I do recommend investing in a few lights. I didn't talk much about the audio in this video but, for this particular class I used my airpods and my Macbook Air laptop. I have another setup with a better mic and webcam but, I can share about that in another video. This setup could also be the same if I used the camera on my iPhone. To be honest, my iPhone 14 has better quality than the built-in webcam on my laptop. But, the laptop is better for me to read comments coming in through the chat box, or if I'm on zoom.

- I bought this two-pack which I often use when I don't have enough natural light. They take up a little bit of space but, they also fold up nicely is needed. I use them so much I never put them away.
- Good lighting makes a difference in your online classes. It's an investment which can quickly pay for itself.
- I've had good luck with my Softbox lights. Take care of them and they should last awhile. I've had mine for 3 years now and they've worked great. I have yet to replace the bulbs using them to record an average of 2 classes/week over the last few years.

- It's been interesting noticing how the position or height of my computer can affect my Internet connection.

INTERNET CONNECTION TIPS:
- Move your laptop around and run [ Ссылка ] before you teach class. sometimes restarting your router can be helpful too.
- Disconnect or turn off other devices from your wifi to improve speeds for your livestream
- Use a hardwire ethernet connection if you have it (in this video I am set up for wifi. In my other recording space, my desktop computer is connected to Ethernet)
