Supangle is a well-known dessert served in Turkish Patisseries or sweet shops. With chocolate flavor and smooth silky texture great for chocolate lovers and kids. It had a small interesting hint on making it.
Ingredients for supangle:
3 heaped tbsp flour
3 heaped tbsp cocoa powder
1 egg yolk
5-6 heaped tbsp sugar
1-liter whole milk
1-2 tbsp butter
30 to 60 gr. bittersweet chocolate
200ml ice-cold water
To decorate: chocolate shaves, ground pistachio, coconut flakes
