If you're just starting out with preparedness and feel a bit like you've gone down a rabbit hole where literally every possibility feels like an emergency and you have no idea what to spend money on first, then this video may be for you. Hopefully I (of all people) can help give some focus to your plans and help you formulate goals, then give you a plan to stick to those goals.
Extra gear is fun and nice, but we all need to start with the basics! Beyond just what you need, I go into the thought process behind figuring out what you need in four basic categories that should cover you for almost any situation you can find youtrself in. This video is definitely based on bugging in, which virtually all preppers agree is the best plan for almost all situations. But even for a bugout scenario, these things matter. (But then you'll need to consider a fifth category: shelter.)
