If you’re looking for Kelly Kettle cooking ideas look no further, in this video I’ll be doing some experimental campfire cooking using the Kelly Kettle Ultimate Kit to make some home made smoked garlic.
Smoking garlic makes a great alternative to regular garlic and has a more subtle and smoky flavour. Smoked garlic makes a great addition to foods such as pasta, sauces, mash potato and of course garlic bread.
Using the Kelly Kettle and hobo stove in this way I could also smoke a variety of other foods such as smoked fish, smoked chicken, smoked meat or smoked sausage, which I may try in a later video.
