Note: The method presented here (graphical method for anti-squat) is not valid in some specific bikes, such as bikes where the bottom-bracket is not on the front triangle (eg: GT bikes, URT suspension) or for instance bikes with idler-puleys attached to rear triangle (Commencal DH V4, or I-track suspension). For the great majority of mountain-bikes on the market, and also motorcycles, this method can be applied (eg: singlepivots, horst-link, 4-bar, swingarm 4-bar, VPP, etc).
