This short video explains how to add a 3 Legged Thing Lever or Twist Clamp to a monopod with a 3/8"-16 screw mount so you can attach and detach a camera easily using a quick release plate.
The 3 Legged Thing clamps are Arca-Swiss compatible, enabling them to be used with a wide variety of quick release plates.
This video shows the 3 Legged Thing Punks Trent 2.0 monopod, but this works for other 3LT monopods too!
