I don't have anything to plug, So i'll tell you a story
I discovered this technique in my college dorm cause i wanted to keep cheese, but our dorms didn't have a refrigerator
i also noticed that Parmesan cheese also starts out as a very big mozzarella ball so i did a few tests and got this technique
i also tried to make this video as entertaining as i could hope you guys like it
