Strongmen competing in the 123kg Ballogie Stone challenge during the 2019 Donald Dinnie Games, the Gathering III at Potarch Bridge in Aberdeenshire, Scotland on Sunday 4th August 2019. Athletes had 75 seconds to amass as many points as possible, awarded as 2 points for breaking ground, 4 points for lapping the stone, 6 points for standing, 8 points for shouldering the stone and 16 points for pressing it overhead. The stone must be put down and hands removed from it between each lift.
The competitors were Neil Elliott (Scotland- winner), Mark Haydock (England), Lewis McLuckie (Scotland), Jamie Gorrian (Scotland), Dean Kent (England), Andrew (Andy) Cairney (Scotland), Mark Haydock (England) and finally Sean Peatfield (Scotland). The head referee was Steve Gardner and highest points were gained by Sean Peatfield.
