*What I also should have mentioned here is Nice Amenities - sometimes condo buildings come with such amenities as a pool, gym, green spaces, extra storage, bike room, car garage... some even have conference rooms, free coffee and printers, and I've even seen special rooms for washing animals :) Of course, all of this will be reflected in your HOA fees.
