Knee gap ( knee osteoarthritis) घुटने का गैप कम होना एक ऐसी समस्या है जिसमे घुटने के ज्वाइंट के बीच की गद्दी जिसको maniscus कहा जाता है उस पर लगातार दबाव होने से घुटने की गद्दी गिसने लग जाती है और घुटनों की हड्डी के बीच का गैप कम होने लग जाता है । यह समस्या ज्यादातर 45 साल से अधिक लोगो मे देखने को मिलती है जिसको knee osteoarthritis भी कहा जाता है, जिन लोगो की घुटनों की मैस्पेशिया कमजोर होने लगती हैं, तो शरीर का वजन घुटने की मैस्पेसिया सहन नही कर पाती और शरीर का सारा वजन घुटनों के ज्वाइंट के ऊपर आने लग जाता है, इसी कारण से घुटनों का गैप कम होता है और रोगी को घुटनों का तेज दर्द और घुटनों की सूजन का सामना करना पड़ता है।
