I LOVE the state of Michigan! Beautiful water, pristine beaches and forests, wildlife and plenty of amazing things to find! We decided to go walk a beach to hunt for petoskey stones, but also ventured out into the shallow waters to bring some FL hunting techniques to Michigan. It was an incredible success and turned out to be my favorite time fossil hunting in the state so far!
