We talked to 240 people with Parkinson’s and their care partners to hear their experiences and feelings about OFF episodes. 86% of them said OFF has a significant impact on quality of life, but more than half said this is an unavoidable part of living with the disease: they don’t believe their symptoms can change.
In this program with Jill Farmer, DO, MPH, we’ll explore the results of this fascinating survey, conducted in partnership with Neurocrine, and what it means for you. Dr. Farmer will empower you with information about the best treatment options for OFF so you don’t have to settle for “good enough”—you can get optimal support. When you’re ON, you can live your life to the fullest, bringing more joy, more ease, and more balance to you and your loved ones.
Parkinson & Movement Disorder Alliance is a nonprofit organization providing people with Parkinson's and other movement disorders as well as their care partners opportunities to learn, live life more fully and connect with other. We believe you are MORE than a disease!
