Heya Buddies, Revenge of the Cartels (2) Event just came out and just like many others I Immediately farmed the OPQ System Legendary as soon as I could but I was interrupted when I saw the new Phaseflare anointment drop on a random weapon and noticed it said 200%. Remembering that it just got buffed I decided to try it out with my level 72 Amara Build with the Needle Gun and boom easily 1 billion damage. I decided to use the Needle gun because of the homing abilities to proc our phaseflare as much as possible. To achieve this damage I Equipped a Death's Blessing Class Mod to allow us to optimize Phaseflare & Needle Gun damage as much as possible. Excited to see all the new Amara, Flak, Moze & Zane Level 72 Mayhem 10 11 Builds that will be created from the revenge of the cartels (2) event.
