Can't give enough praise to the team at Mercie J! I've had some significant repair work as well as regular maintenance, done to my truck at this facility. On EVERY occasion, they have been the most respectful and professional folks to deal with. They have raised the bar and really set themselves apart in the automotive service industry. Over the years Rick and his staff have worked on many of my vehicles. Not only do they get vehicles fixed, but they provide excellent customer service, honest evaluations of your vehicle, fair pricing for the work completed, and conduct their business with integrity. If only everyone ran their business like this place. I really appreciate the way that they ask about what I need from my car in terms of its use...I have an old beater that just needs to run and never goes far from home. I took it in for an inspection because I was considering whether or not I should keep it or sell it. Rick advised me that even they could perform the suggested repairs, he didn't recommend fixing a car to sell it. Although that is sound advice; it isn't something you might expect from the mechanic who would be performing the repairs. I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Mercie J!

They fixed it right and then fixed it again when a part failed. I brought my Honda in last year and asked Rick to go through it and make it like new again, his team did. A part that they put in failed just recently and as I am setting in their customer lounge they are finishing up the repair no questions asked with a smile on their faces. I am driving away with a smile on my face and a recommendation to call them anytime you have auto issues.
