Mutton Sukka!

Ingredients:

Mutton - 500 grams
Onion - 200 grams
Green Chillies - 6 - 8 Nos
Salt - Needed Amount
Oil - Needed Amount
Pepper - 2 tspn
Coriander Leaves - 10 grams
Ginger - 10 grams
Curry Leaves - 10 grams
Ginger Garlic Paste - 20 grams
Chilli Powder - 1 tspn
Turmeric Powder - 1 tspn
Karam Masala - 1 tspn

Method:
Take a pan add mutton, water, Ginger garlic paste, needed amount of salt a sliced green chilli, curry leaves, turmeric powder, oil, Coriander powder. Now mix it all together and place it in a cooker for 16 whistles. Take another pan add two spoons of coconut oil, Mustard seeds, Green chillies, chopped ginger, curry leaves, chopped onions and toss the pan. Now add the cooked mutton along with it and add needed amount of salt to it. Also add pepper and mix it. Now Mutton chukka is ready. Garnish it with onions and lemon and serve it.
